Meet Robin

Personal advocacy. Serious business judgment.

I’m Robin M. Fruth, a California REALTOR® and Accredited Buyer’s Representative serving buyers, sellers, investors, and relocating clients.

Real estate is never just paperwork and property. It is timing, leverage, communication, and knowing what matters most to the person making the move. My job is to bring those pieces together with a clear plan and personal attention.

For clients moving between California and Texas, I offer firsthand relocation perspective and coordinated agent-to-agent referral support while my Texas license is in progress.
